Stegosaurus, Triceratops and a mechanical dinosaur “skeleton” that you can play with. Maus was having entirely too much fun with it. XD
This is the only panoramic picture from Ripley’s Aquarium that turned out any kind of decent.
This is the Wonder Works building in Myrtle Beach, SC. I haven’t actually been inside it, because it doesn’t really look like something that would entertain me all that much. The building is really cool though.
Recently Maus and I went to Myrtle Beach with the intention of spending the night so we could have more epic adventures. But by the end of the night we had decided that we would rather go home (a three hour trip I think?) than sleep in that hotel. And there were no refunds, so I was willing to walk away from the money I’d spent both because the room was gross and we didn’t feel safe there. So have some pictures! And for the record we didn’t touch the bath tub, that’s the state it was in when we got there.
It was Sea Dunes Oceanfront. It’s also actually a motel but I’ve stayed at some really nice motels so I don’t tend to distinguish between the two. With this one we knew we weren’t getting a four star room, but we were so not expecting this.
